ForgeFit — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using ForgeFit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to use ForgeFit. Some training programs are gated to age 18 or above due to load progression and recovery demands.

3. Not medical advice

ForgeFit is a fitness coaching app. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, are pregnant or post-natal, or are recovering from injury or surgery. The Bloom persona’s prenatal programming is screened against standard prenatal-yoga and obstetric guidance, but it is not a substitute for consultation with your obstetrician or midwife.

4. Coaching is guidance

Every recommendation produced by ForgeFit Coach is computed on your device from the inputs you provided (persona, training history, readiness signals, equipment access, injury notes). Recommendations come with a five-bullet explanation. Following a recommendation is your decision; you are responsible for executing exercises with appropriate form and load.

5. Subscription and billing

Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing (Android) or App Store In-App Purchases (iOS). Pricing, billing cycle, and refund policies follow each store’s published terms.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel through Google Play or the App Store. Refunds follow each store’s policy. For exceptional refund requests not covered by the store, contact support@apptree.com.au.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use ForgeFit to coerce or shame anyone, including yourself. The app intentionally avoids streak-shaming, body-shaming, and calorie-restriction language. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that attempt to use the app against the spirit of its design (for example, by automating fake workouts to game streaks).

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific fitness outcome will follow from using it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppTree’s liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the app is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms or attempt to bypass billing or licensing protections. You can stop using the app and factory-reset at any time.

11. Sunset Pledge

If we ever discontinue ForgeFit, we will provide at least 90 days’ notice and an unencrypted data export of your training history.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, where Storm Forge Pty Ltd is registered.
